Fuji Corporation approves SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals).
In particular, we are making active efforts to achieve 6 goals out of 17.
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (the 2030 Agenda) is a set of international development goals from 2016 to 2030, which was adopted by the UN Sustainable Development Summit held in September 2015 building on the success of Millennium Development Goals (MDGs).
The 2030 Agenda listed “Sustainable Development Goals” consisting of 17 goals and 169 targets in order to eradicate poverty and realize a sustainable world. The SDGs are universal goals applicable, not only to developing countries but also developed countries, and pledge “Leave no one behind.” through the implementation process.

- Strict no-smoking policy is applied to inside of our shops and headquarters building. Smoking is allowed only in the smoking area outside on the sites.

Committing 3R Principle (Reuse, Reduce and Recycle) and Reducing Industrial Waste.

- Products sold via mail order are delivered in minimal packaging using recycled cartons, air cushion sheets, and polypropylene bands.
- We accept used tires and wheels trade ins.
- In order to reduce waste, cushioning materials (cartons, plastic sheets, etc.) used in logistic transportation to our warehouses and some collected wheel balance weights are reused.

Fuji Corporation approves the idea “Fun to Share” advocated by Ministry of the Environment and taking measures against global warming.

- Energy-efficient lighting such as LED bulbs are used in our shops and headquarters building, and these lights are turned off not in use.
- In order to save energy and CO2, air conditioner’s temperature is set to 28 degrees for cooling in summer and 20 degrees for heating in winter.
- Company-owned trucks are operated by eco-friendly driving such as no idling.
